  3. The application must be signed. Bring the completed application to the rental office.

    Qualification Criteria:

    1. You must be 18 years of age to apply
    2. Take home income must be 3 times monthly rent
    3. 6 month rental history
    4. 2 bedroom units can be occupied by no more than 2 adults and 2 children
    5. 1 bedroom units can be occupied by no more than 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child
    6. Good credit and no criminal history per approval by professional screening service
    7. No pets allowed
